Pueblito Caribeño has been designed by one of the most prestigious architectural design studios worldwide, M+ Group. We took on the challenge of developing an important project that retakes elements of traditional Caribbean architecture and are the elements of inspiration for the creation of a contemporary concept with the flavor of the Caribbean tradition, for this we have taken elements such as the color that has accompanied the Caribbean architecture since its inception to date, colors that reflect the joy, warmth and Caribbean folklore, warmth and Caribbean folklore, as well as elements of architectural composition where in its facades the full elements prevail over the empty elements, the walls over door and window openings, in which we can also appreciate the volumetry generated from the depth of these elements, generating a play of light and shadow, always with consideration to the temperature conditions.

Within the master plan we have retaken the space of the square as the structuring axis of the project and hierarchical element within the complex, where we preserve and include institutional buildings as focal points and urban revitalizers of the square. To return to include meeting spaces, where the people who will inhabit it return to the public space and in which we understand that the mixture of uses vitalizes and facilitates the daily life, which allow us to find activities and services a few steps away. Apart from the main square in the route through the alleys we can find a series of small squares of domestic character that allow passive activities of rest and meeting, at the same time that introduce the green inside the project and give us a fresh and shaded space.
